Terms and Conditions
Prices
| 1. |
Prices of 24K and 22K gold jewellery are determined according to the following formula: Nett Weight x Prevailing Retail Price of gold + Workmanship + GST. |

Prices of all other jewellery are inclusive of GST. |
| 3. |
The selling price of gold jewellery or gem stone jewellery does not include the cost of alteration, if any. |
Deposits
| 4. |
For available stocks, if the jewellery is not collected within the stipulated period, the deposit shall be forfeited and we reserve the right to sell the said piece of jewellery. |

For customised stocks, if the customised jewellery is not collected after three months from the date recorded on the receipt, the deposit and the jewellery will be forfeited. |

For setting of jewellery, when jades, pearls and other precious stones are delivered to us for setting, we shall always endeavour to serve our customers to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for the damage of any articles during the course of setting or due to fire, theft, robbery or any other cause. For any item lost or mislaid through our own negligence, compensation payable shall be limited to the amount stated on the order form to be the value of the said item. The value of such ordered items, irrespective of deposit, will be calculated according to the current market price on the day that the delivery was taken. If items ordered are not collected within three months from the date of order, the deposit shall be forfeited and the order will be deemed to have been cancelled. All goods must be checked carefully before leaving our premises. No claim can be entertained under any circumstances once you have left our premises. |

24K and 22K yellow gold jewellery should bear hallmarks. |

The purchase receipt should clearly describe the jewellery sold as follows:
a. Fineness and weight
b. Type and fineness of other precious metal
c. Correct trade name and weight of precious gem stone |
Repair and settings
| 9. |
The customer will be notified of the estimated cost, time frame and the description of the repair and/or setting. |

We will exercise maximum care in the course of repair or setting. However, in the event of loss or damage, see note 6 above. |
Repurchase of gold jewellery

On the willing buyer and willing seller basis, we may buy back gold jewellery from the customer. The gold jewellery should be accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase. The repurchase price will be based on the discount guidelines recommended by the Association. Trade-in of gold ornaments (nett weight) sold by us for the purchase of new jewellery shall be calculated at the prevailing retail less 18%. A further 10% will be deducted if in exchange for cash. All other jewellery items, platinum and white gold are not returnable. |
Exchange Policy

Items sold can be exchanged for another item within one week of purchase. For an exchange of higher value, additional payment of the price difference must be paid by the purchaser. Exchange is applicable only once for each purchase. |

All customers’ information will be treated in the strictest of confidence. |
